The titanate nanowires for the present study were prepared by electrospinning technique using the reported procedures. Two batches of samples having 5 and 10 vol% of the titanates in PMMA were prepared by electrospinning. % SrTiO3 in PMMA. The nanowires of SrTiO3 were of diameter ~100 nm and have a cubic perovskite (Pm m) crystal structure. The dielectric constant of the films containing SrTiO3 and PMMA were determined from capacitance measurements using the films sandwiched between two silver electrodes using an impedance analyzer.
