Jackson was sufficiently impressed to offer Jennifer a full-time engagement as a backup dancer. Jennifer considered taking it, but before she could make a decision, she was offered an acting job. A respected Hollywood producer, Ralph Farquhar, was developing a new comedy-drama series for television called South Central.
